The Spreader Kit 5000 is part of the Productivity package and it is available for all machines equipped with ELME 817INN top pick spreader. It is designed for a complete spreader revision every 5000 working hours. It will reduce multiple machine stops due to single twistlock and wear pad breakdown.
What’s included in the package?
- KCID 69952685; 4 twistlock kits including twistlock, bushings etc for easy replacing.
- KCID 70478412; Complete wear pads kit for spreader.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- Installation is not included
- Replacing twistlocks every 5000 wh is strongly recommended to avoid twistlock breakdown due to fatigue efforts and undesirable load drops that might compromise safety
