Load Displays

Adding a load display gives needed information of the payload and helps to warn the operator for the potential risk of overloading the equipment. Based on the equipment and the need for accuracy of the load measurement, best combination of load sensor and display option is selected.

Compatibility with different equipment types

• Requires CID or ECU, so mainly compatible with corporation standard hoists (Q- and R-platform). Also compatible with process cranes equipped with CID or ECU
• Mechanical fixing may vary by hoist/crane type

Other specifications / restrictions

• Load display gives an approximate view of the weight of lifted item, but it is not as accurate as an industrial weighing scale
• Deviation is ±5% for strain gauge and ±10% for motor power measurement 
• There are four variants to the load display
  • 4 digits, size 100 mm
  • 6 digits, size 100 mm
  • 4 digits, size 200 mm
  • 6 digits, size 200 mm
