LED Lights and Electrical Cubicles

Replacing old lights or adding new LED lights can improve safety and reduce 
consumption of electricity. LED lights can cut energy consumption by up to 60%. Lenses on LEDs focus the light, minimizing chances of dazzling operators looking up at the load. LED lights can be switched on and off instantly without risk of thermal shock and breakage

Compatibility with different equipment types

• Compatible for all types and makes of lifting equipment, but mechanical fixing may vary

Other specifications / restrictions

• Two types of lights – wide spread (60 degrees) and deep spread (30 degrees)
• When selecting a lighting package, determine if the crane is single or double girder
• If a single girder, select the suitable package for festoon or energy chain power supply • If a double girder, then the B-measure is the parameter to be used
• In addition to the light package, a suitable electric cubicle needs to be ordered. The cubicle will have a separate KCID. The electric cubicle package includes a transformer, fixing parts, 10 m cable, fuse and an impulse relay.
