Modems

Retrofit of Gateway/Modem unit to add or replace an old modem. Enables TRUCONNECT remote monitoring and access to condition monitoring data via SmartConnect.

Compatibility with different equipment types

• To replace old KC modem (A1 or A9)
• To add a modem to a hoist having a ControlPro or Master Pro unit(s)
• Therefore, this package is mainly compatible with corporation standard hoists (Q and R platform). Also compatible with process cranes equipped with ControlPro or Master Pro

Other specifications / restrictions 

• Two product variants:
  • Compulab (main product for most of the countries, except China) – for ControlPro & Master Pro
  • Harman (China) – only for Master Pro
• If Compulab Gateway is installed to ControlPro-controlled equipment, a separate cable is needed (to be ordered with separate KCID)
• Variable options based on control voltage (48V or 115V-230V)
• Supports 3G and 4G
