Spreader Kit 5000 – 817std Kit

The Spreader Kit 5000 is part of the Productivity package and it is available for all machines equipped with ELME 817 top pick spreader. It is designed for a complete spreader revision every 5000 working hours. It will reduce multiple machine stops due to single twistlock and wear pad breakdown.

What’s included in the package?

KCID 56254554; 4 twistlock kits including twistlock, bushings etc for easy replacing.

KCID 56251972; Complete wear pads kit for spreader.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

Installation is not included

Replacing twistlocks every 5000 wh is strongly recommended to avoid twistlock breakdown due to fatigue efforts and undesirable load drops that might compromise safety.
