HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

You can change your password by clicking on your name then "Change Password" on the top right of every page.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most major credit cards and also provide invoice-based billing if you have an established credit account with us. If you have requested the invoice option, all orders will be invoiced to the billing address listed on your account.

MY COMPANY IS TAX EXEMPT BUT I AM BEING CHARGED TAX. HOW DO I RECEIVE EXEMPT STATUS?

We are required to collect sales tax where applicable unless you have a state tax exemption certificate on file BEFORE an order is placed. Please contact our Accounting Department to request tax exempt status.

I AM PLACING AN ORDER AND DO NOT HAVE A PO NUMBER. WHAT SHOULD I ENTER HERE?

We use PO as a reference only. If you do not have a PO, you can simply make something up.

I DO NOT HAVE A PART NUMBER BUT WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A QUOTE WITH PRICE/LEAD TIME. HOW CAN I DO THIS?

WHAT DOES "PRICE UNAVAILABLE" MEAN?

There are many different reasons this can happen: A recently added item, the item hasn't been purchased in a long time, our supplier has changed, etc. You can use the Request For Quote button on the item page to request a current price on the item.

WHY DON'T ALL ITEMS HAVE A PICTURE?

Unfortunately not all of our items have a picture available yet. We are adding more pictures every day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can review the status of any order whether submitted online or offline by clicking "Order Tracking" on the top of every page.

CAN I ACCESS THE STORE FROM MY MOBILE DEVICE?

Yes, you can use the web browser on your mobile device to visit the Store as you would any other website.

HOW CAN I USE "SHOPPING LISTS"?

A Shopping List is a way to save and/or share a list of items. You can create or view existing Shopping Lists by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the site to open the menu, then click "Shopping List".

When viewing items in the Store, you can choose to add them to a Shopping List instead of your Shopping Cart. This way you can manage multiple independent lists of items. When you are ready to order, you can simply add the entire Shopping List to your Shopping Cart with one click.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED?
